Article 1 – Definitions
La Fuente Mía® (hereinafter: "we", "us") is established in the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce. Customer (hereinafter: "you", "your") is any natural person who places an order via our webshop.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer, order and agreement between La Fuente Mía and the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Article 3 – Offers and prices
All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately before completing your order. We reserve the right to change prices. An order is always processed at the price valid at the time of ordering.
Article 4 – Order and agreement
An agreement is formed at the moment you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order for justified reasons, for example in case of incorrect data or suspicion of abuse.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout. The order will only be shipped after receipt of full payment.
Article 6 – Delivery
We aim to ship orders within the indicated delivery time. The stated delivery times are indicative and not binding deadlines. See our page Shipping & Returns for current delivery times and shipping costs.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product must be returned unused, unopened and in its original packaging. After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Article 8 – Warranty and complaints
We guarantee that our products meet the specifications listed on the website. Do you have a complaint? Contact us within a reasonable time at info@lafuentemia.nl. We aim to handle complaints within 14 days.
Article 9 – Liability
Our products are intended as cosmetic skincare products for external use on the body. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or use contrary to product information. For known allergies, we always advise checking the full INCI list before use.
Article 10 – Applicable law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
