La Fuente Mía® (hereinafter: "we", "us") is established in the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce. Customer (hereinafter: "you", "your") is any natural person who places an order through our webshop.
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, every order and every agreement between La Fuente Mía and the customer. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately before completing your order. We reserve the right to change prices. An order is always processed at the price that was valid at the time of ordering.
An agreement is concluded the moment you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order for justified reasons, for example in case of incorrect information or suspected abuse.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout. The order will only be shipped after receipt of full payment.
We strive to ship orders within the indicated delivery time. The mentioned delivery times are indicative and not fatal deadlines. See our shipping page for current delivery times and shipping costs.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. The product must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging. After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
We guarantee that our products meet the specifications stated on the website. Do you have a complaint? Please contact us within a reasonable time via info@lafuentemia.com. We strive to handle complaints within 14 days.
Our products are intended as cosmetic care products for external use on the body. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or use contrary to product information. In case of known allergies, we always advise checking the complete INCI list before use.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
