Email returns@lafuentemia.nl with order number and reason. We will send return instructions.

14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Product must be unused and in original packaging.

The customer, unless product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.

After receipt and inspection: refunded within 14 days.

No direct exchanges. Return and place a new order.

Email info@lafuentemia.nl with photo and order number.

Opened products cannot be returned, unless defective.
