When ordering: name, email address, delivery address and payment details (via our payment provider; we do not store bank details).
When contacting us: name and email address when you send us a message via the contact form or email.
Automatically: anonymous website statistics (page visits, device type) via privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
What do we use your data for?
We use your data exclusively for:
Processing and shipping your order. Communication about your order (confirmation, shipping status). Answering your questions via customer service. Improving our website and services.
Do we share data with third parties?
We never sell your data to third parties. We only share data with parties necessary for fulfilling your order, such as our payment provider and shipping service. These parties may not use your data for their own purposes.

Our website only uses functional cookies that are necessary for the functioning of the webshop (such as your shopping cart). We do not place tracking or marketing cookies.
Retention Period
We do not retain your data longer than necessary. We retain order data in accordance with legal retention requirements (7 years for fiscal administration). We delete contact details when the purpose has been fulfilled.
